Slanya
Discreet venue-safety alerts — from the one place you're actually alone.
Ask for Angela asks you to be brave in a crowded queue, next to the person you're afraid of. Slanya works from behind a locked bathroom door — scan a QR code, tap once, and venue staff are notified instantly. No code word. No app. No login.

Staff respond
Venue staff get a text instantly and see it live on their dashboard — cubicle and all.
Slanya notifies venue staff — it isn't a replacement for emergency services. If you're in immediate danger, call 999. Response times depend on each venue's own staffing and can't be guaranteed.

About
Most venue-safety systems ask patrons to do the hardest thing possible: speak up, in public, near the person making them uncomfortable. Slanya doesn't. A single QR code inside a locked stall — the one place at a venue someone is actually alone — gives them a discreet, no-login way to signal for help. Staff get notified instantly by text and can track every alert live, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing requires the patron to be seen or heard.
Questions venues ask
Does this require an app or account for patrons?
No. Patrons scan a QR code or tap a shared link — there's no app to download, no account to create, and no login. The whole flow works in a browser in a few seconds.
What about false alarms or misuse?
Alert submissions are rate-limited to one per device per minute, so accidental double-taps and casual spam don't flood your staff. Venues can also fire clearly-flagged test alerts any time to check the system without disrupting real operations.
How fast do staff actually get notified?
Instantly. The moment a patron submits an alert, venue staff get a text and see it live on their dashboard — with the cubicle number, if it came from a specific stall.
What happens to alert and incident data?
Alert records build your venue's own incident history and are only visible to your venue's authorized staff and accounts — never shared across venues. We're still finalizing a formal data retention policy; if that's a blocker for your venue, get in touch and we'll work it out with you directly.
What's the cost, and how do we get started?
Pilots are free. Reach out below with a bit about your venue and we'll get you set up — long-term pricing is confirmed with you directly once the pilot's a fit.
